2. Ordering Rules
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an email with order details.
3. Payments
We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, MasterCard, SSLCommerz, and Cash on Delivery. Payment must be completed at the time of order unless Cash on Delivery is selected. All payment data is encrypted and securely processed.
4. Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Certain items such as intimate apparel and digital products are not eligible for return. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed after successful inspection of returned items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days depending on your bank or mobile banking provider.
