Inside Dhaka
Delivery within 1–3 working days. Orders are processed within 1 business day. You will receive an SMS and email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
Outside Dhaka
Delivery within 2–5 working days. Remote areas may take up to 7 working days. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to weather conditions.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide. You can pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready for the delivery courier.
Nationwide Delivery
We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh. From major cities to remote areas, we ensure your order reaches you safely. Special delivery arrangements can be made for bulk or corporate orders.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping on orders over ৳3,000. Shipping charges for orders under ৳3,000: ৳70 within Dhaka city and ৳140 outside Dhaka. Express delivery is available at checkout for an additional fee for faster delivery within Dhaka.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number. You can track your order anytime from the Track Your Order page or from your account dashboard.
Failed Delivery
If delivery fails, our courier will make two additional attempts. After three unsuccessful attempts, the order will be returned to us, and we will contact you to reschedule delivery and arrange for the re-delivery charge. If we are still unable to reach you, we will wait for 10 working days before moving the product to the 'damaged goods' section.
